Update: Congrats to Denise for being our winner! Woohoo, Denise!!
There’s nothing like a delicious fruity smoothie. Mmm! I like fresh pineapples and strawberries in my smoothies; and my son likes strawberries and hot fudge in his smoothies. The good part about smoothies is you can make them nutritious and your kids will love it. And now Yoplait has made it even easier to create slam-dunk yummy smoothies!
Did you know seven out of 10 Americans do not consume the daily recommended amount of fruit? Every Yoplait Smoothie contains a full serving of fruit as well as real Yoplait yogurt pieces with live & active cultures. Yoplait Smoothies are a good source of calcium when prepared with milk according to directions, and an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C.
Simply add milk to a Yoplait freezer package, blend, and in less than two minutes you can enjoy a nutritious and delicious smoothie guilt free! At 110 calories per serving, Yoplait Frozen Smoothies make creating the at-home smoothie convenient, simple and worry free.
Here are two Smoothie recipes that we like to make:
Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie
Pineapple is a difference maker in smoothies which is why it is rarely used. It’s distinct flavor can’t be ignored.
- 3/4 bag frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 4 cups Dole pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed or Tropicana Pure Premium
- recommended)
- 1 1/2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt, frozen
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well, stopping to stir when necessary, until smoothie consistency is reached!
Tropical Fusion Smoothie
Try this recipe with coconut milk and taste the unique difference it offers. A very nice mix of fruits to give you a smoothie taste you have never had before.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
Combine ingredients in blender; mix until smooth and frothy. Serves 1.
Now with Yoplait, making smoothies just got a whole lot easier!
Try all 3 flavors in the frozen fruit section of grocery stores:
- Triple Berry

So, do you want to try the Yoplait Smoothies? Well, thanks to Yoplait and MyBlogSpark, you can! They have put together a nice gift pack of a Hamilton Beach Single-Serve Blender and a coupon so you can pick up the Yoplait Smoothie package in the frozen section of your favorite grocery market. How cool is that?
The single-serve blender is great because it has a travel lid which let’s you take your smoothie on the go. Perhaps starting the morning off with a fresh smoothie will be the prescription needed to a healthy and focused day at work.

I love banana and peach smoothies! I don’t follow a recipe, but I just throw in a banana, peaches, and some milk. It is so decadent, it doesn’t seem like it could be healthy lol!
