Football plus Food equals Happy Family

Congrats to TC Lambert! Your gift pack will be shipped to you shortly.

In my household during football season, I cannot get any rest.  My Sunday afternoon nap time is replaced with two guys yelling and every TV in the house blaring as loud as possible. By the way, we have 7 TV’s in our house, so it makes it very, very loud. Ridiculous, I know!!

While the guys are working up a sweat and an appetite, I often make various dips and finger foods.  One of thing that they enjoy is a 7-layer taco dip with chips. I definitely do not know my way around the kitchen, but I have to admit that I make a killer 7-layer taco dip.  It is scrumptious!

Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Old El Paso, this year I added green chiles to my taco dip. All I can say is YUM!! Definitely an ingredient I am going to use from now on. So, that would make it an 8-layer dip, right?

Now that the Indianapolis Colts are in the Super Bowl, we are going to party like it’s 1999. We have a split family…some are cheering for the Colts while the others are cheering for the Saints.  Well, this Mama is cheering for the Colts to win the Super Bowl.  Do you plan to watch the Super Bowl?

Did you know that 61% of adults plan to watch the Big Game.
