My Roosters are Violating My Hens

Being somewhat new to living in the country, I’m learning that when you have too many rooster, they tend to violate your hens multiple times a day. Because of this, my hens are scared and fearful to come out of their coops.
There’s one hen in particular that the roosters have a special liking to. Moe is a Red Rock hen and apparently is the most attractive out of all the other hens. When she takes one step out of the “Henthouse” (penthouse for the hens), the roosters are lined up waiting. Moe immediately starts shaking and calls out for help. She then looks for me, hops out of the henthouse, runs like heck to find me, and jumps up in my arms where she can find safety.
In business, when going about it alone, you’ll find that there are a lot of roosters ready to violate you. They come in the form of information overload, not understanding how to create a product or service, overwhelm, questioning your authority and expertise, self doubt and sabotage, and simply feeling stuck without a safety net. Not to mention so-called gurus who have an interest in their bottom-line and not necessarily yours.
Just like with Moe, she knows that once she finds me she’s safe. The roosters can no longer take advantage of her. She jumps into my arms where it is warm and loving. She knows that when she’s with me she can relax and not be on guard.
You too can have a safety net and relax…with me! Whether you’re a seasoned business owner looking to streamline or someone just starting out, I want to take you under my wing where you are free to explore new ideas and leave the “henthouse” of uncertainty.
